Be forward! Talk to her, smile, be alluring. Tell her that you've missed her, you haven't seen her in a while. Don't be all macho man about it, it's okay to be shy, she'll respect your honesty, and find it incredibly sweet. Ask if you guys can hang out sometime, and when you get the chance, take it.
