Possibly- but with a very slight difference, if any. A blowback operated rifle, such as a .22, will have no difference. As gas operated auto, such an an AR15 or AK47, will have given the bullet most of its acceleration by the time the bullet reaches the gas port in the barrel. A small amount of the gasses from the burning powder are tapped off through that port, and operate the action. Difference in velocity will be very small- typically a few feet per second at most.
