Model 14 - Condition?
There is no Remington Model 35, certainly guns produced in CALIBER .35 Remington but lots of different models. I would suspect one of the most popular would be a model 8 or possibly a model 14 or 141. If it's a Auto it's probably an 8 or 81, if a pump a 14 or 141, off hand I can't think of other .35 Remington firearms.

If you mean a Winchester model 1894 rifle then it was made in the year 1929.I will say that Winchester never has made a model 14 though.Could you mean a Remington model 14 pump action rifle?

Not sure what a "22 cap" pump is. The magazine capacity of a Remington pump rifle will depend on which MODEL, and whether you are loading 22 LR, 22 Long, or 22 Short. The Model 121A holds 20 Shorts, 15 longs, or 14 Long Rifle cartridges. A model 12 would hold 15, 12, or 10.
Well it's either a model 14 or 141 probably the best way to know is to look at the date code on the barrel. They stopped the 14 in 1935 and started the 141. The barrel code can be looked up on the Remington Society of America on the Manufactured Date link.
It's a pump action rifle made frop 1913-1934 (including the model 14 1/2) about 125,000 made. They were made in standard grade "A" and several levels of engraving D,E,F and a carbine model R.
Answer.35 Remington is a caliber, introduced around 1912, not a rifle or model. Please advise of the action type (bolt, pump, lever) maker and model number. On a guess (based upon the patent dates) I'll hazard that you have a pump action Remington Model 14. Book value ranges from $600 for 100% condition to $11 for 60%, but these guns were made invarious grades (A, C & F) that command higher premiums, and, if you have the "thumbnail" safety introduced in 1918 it can double the gun's value. Take this one to a reputable gunsmith to be examined and appraised. The Remington high powered auto calibers (25. 30, 32, 35) all were introduced in 1906 with the Remington model 8 High-powered Automatic rifle. The first high-powered center-fire cartridge rifle ever made in the world.
