Mfg by Bresica in Italy and imported by Universal Firearms under the model name "Auto Wing". Basically a knock off of a Browning A-5. I have one that I have assembled from 2 parts guns but have not fired it yet. I've seen them listed on gun auction or sale sites for anywhere from $200-$300. Is yours for sale? greghansen@aol.com
it depends on the gun, if its a shotgun then im not sure because ive never fired a rifled shotgun barrel. but with slugs in the shotgun yes it will make it much more accurate. and any traditional gun will be much more accurate with a rifled barrel. thats why muskets sucked lol
I've never found a cross-reference for Spiegel firearms, but I'd bet (a small amount) on Nobel as the manufacturer of a pump gun.
I would like to start out with I have never seen a Browning serial number as described by you.Are we sure that you have a Browning 16ga shotgun,or another made shotgun that may have used Browning,s patent?I must admit that I have never seen a straight stocked Browning shotgun or heard of one in my many years of collecting firearms.
Sears never made firearms. They "branded" firearms from firearms makers with their name as part of a contract.
If you mean Target department stores, the stores in my area never sold firearms.
No, never.
Have you tired internet searches? Posting in shotgun fourms? I've never heard of the name, but, that doesn't mean anything. Countless makers of firearms have gone into and out of business the last couple of hundred years. Depending on who this person was, the shotgun could be worth 100 USD or the GNP of a small nation.
AFAIK they never made a bolt action shotgun
Never heard of this.
never
There never was a Universal Peace, so there's nothing to return to.
