That's okay. Truly. You know why? Because I'm here to answer your question! All you have to do is excercise everyday, eat less, no shortcuts in excercises, don't eat cereal from the pouch; instead, eat at least 1-3 cups each MORNING, don't eat too much chips, when you go to a restaurant, and don't order anything that will make you gain weght, order salad instead. The reason why you can't skip excercises is because this helps you burn calories. If you don't burn the calories, then the calories will be stored in your body, reacting like fat. The more you don't excercise, the less you burn calories, and the more calories you get, the more fat you earn. Get it now?
