Well it can be very hard i know i dated this boy and he told me he loved me and then he dumped because of another girl he says he still like but... i still love him and wonder if he meant it so .... tell and say it like you mean but if she has boyfriend it puts her in an awkward position but i know i would try work up the courage to tell her
