you need to exercise, lots, more than 30mins a day, focusing on your bum and inner thigh area. example; crunches. have your arms out and have your body as if your about to sit down, try and stay like that for a good 20 seconds, then have one hand out, and again, have this time, one hand out and sit (not actually sitting) 20 seconds, then next arm, 20 seconds, the same thing.

Also, in food wise, drink herbal tea's. Green tea, pure and actually makes you loose weight if you eat the right foods and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Eat your green vegetables and stay away from your sugars, you should have that only once every now and again. Too much sugar, can slow down your matabalism and store as fat in the main areas. The bum, the stomach, the things, the face and the arms. You normally loose weight off your face, then your waist.

If you smoke, that will help you (not encouraging),it has the ergs for you not to eat. If you smoke only on an off and on bases, and eat the right foods and drink the right liquids, you should loose weight in the areas you wish to loose. DON'T all of a sudden eat a bugger and chips, the calories in that will double if you all of a sudden take that much fat. FACT: eating a bugger and chips with a coke is almost the amount of calories you should eat in a day. So imagine you eat breakfast, then have school, work etc have a snack, then lunch, then another snack. Already you can see that

the amount off food in one day. Try to make your portion of foods small and healthy, remember drink water if you are hungry. FACT: a erg of food only lasts for 10 minuets, so if you can stay positive and last 10 minutes without food, you should be fine. The answer of "diet & exercise" is very easy to say, though it is true. If a person is somewhat thin and just has fat thighs (not just larger but fat), they may want to try different exercises than just getting into the oxygen system (heart rate up/sweating/burning fat). That is one, but others you should look up would just be for toning thighs; many of these are very difficult to do at first which may discourage most but of course you must keep at it. There are exercises in Pilate's programs that do this as well. If you are talking to a professional trainer or doctor, let them know that you are trying to decrease size. (some just put you on weight training and nothing else.)

Now, you may want to try the new Pantyhose that have come out. They have additives like caffeine (for cellulite) and aloe, etc... in them! They also come in the longer control top types! And they look really great. If you get to a point where you still feel uncomfortable wearing a bikini, you can go with the 'boy cut shorts' which a lot of girls are wearing now and I (a gentleman) like just as much on girls as a bikini. Bikini obviously shows more, but the b.c.shorts leave more to the imagination AND show off those hips! The diet part?- You may have a genetic 'thing' in you/your family where you gain weight lower. (women do gain weight lower than men / men have more heart-attacks). Stay away from Soda, butter, cheese, dairy and fried foods. Don't drink ANYTHING with "high fructose corn syrup".
