I have owned a vacation rental company for 6 years and have several guests on my personal "blacklist". These problems guests are not welcome at my facility for various reasons. Some as minor as simple policy violations and some as serious as attempted suicide. (yes that has actually happened). Of course, there are standard guests issues such as theft of towels, destruction of property that can also land someone on my blacklist.
