It will most likely make you even more drowsy than just the medication alone. It will also probably make you even more anxious if you are taking celexa for anxiety. But I don't think it would kill you or anything else majorly serious if that is what you are worried about. If you are depressed though pot is not going to help any. It is only going to make you more sleepy, lathargic and bummed out! Drinking is a bad idea too. I mean one or two drinks is fine but more than that and it will make your depression worse. You need to be exercising and being productive to beat depression, not doing drugs.
I have been taking citalopram for a year now and last week I was prescribed prednisolone for a chest infection (I'm an asthmatic) and I haven't had any side effects whatoever. Drug interations.com says there are no interations between the two meds but to be on the safe side it's always best to check with your GP. http://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/citalopram-with-prednisolone-1933-0-679-0.html

taking morphine and oxycodone together yes. I hve been on pain meds all my life, my dr changed me recently from oxycodone (immediate release, pure form) to morphine.... he told me specifically not to take them both together nd to discontinue the morphine. anyways, citalopram is fine with morphine or oxycodone, ive been taken it for years with either drug, but it does really depend on the person, maybe i react differently as im pretty opoid tolerant. I dont take them both at the same time. i find taking citalopram 2-3 hrs before bed suits me best nd taking the morphine around that... for me on in the am, early afternoon, citalopram around 8pm then my final morphine before bed round 11. I think it would be a good idea to take your citalopram atleast 1hr before any opoid.
