Some people enjoy sports in their free time and some people enjoy hobbies. I think sports and hobbies are the same but different in their own way.
For example, some people enjoy collecting Baseball or football cards. Others collect Pokemon or Yugioh cards. In the Pokemon and Yugioh world the characters compete in duels and fights, and in their worlds they consider that a sport all in its own.

But there are differences as well. Some people would say that sports are not hobbies because it's an organized game, and you compete for a title or a trophy and has a set of rules or guidelines and is usually taxing or physical. A hobby is an activity done regularly in one's leisure time for fun like building model airplanes, or playing Video Games, or collecting cards. Sports and hobbies aren't very different as I said in the first paragraph, but there are some minor differences as I said in the second paragraph. I hope this helped.

Habits are things we do routinely, and hobby is the thing we do for fun.
