Usually ur boobs grow a few years efore it first period,so you should be wearing a nice fit bra anyways. I started my period when I was 11 and I started wearing Bras when I was 10. After a while if you don't wear a bra (even if it's more comfortable) your growing boobs show through ur shirt as well as ur nipples. In 5th grade I wasnt comfortable eating a training bra so I didn't wear one to school. Then when I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror I was embarrassed cuz everyone could see my nipples. Comfortable wearing bras before ur period so ur boobs are more comfortable. Before my periods, my boobs do get sore so that can be a side effect. Try takings a bath it helps! Wear a bra all the time-period or not. Do u want sagging boobies? Didn't think so! If u already have your period, u should know ur miserable enough and don't want any more problems! WEAR A BRA! :). The more u wear em the easier u get used to them. Trust me honey, a bra is your beat friend! If ur scared to talk to ur mom about it, ask a friend or older sister or peer. If u need help Finding a bra size look online. and if u haven't started ur period yet and ur 10 or 11, get a bra! I've had my period awhile and wearing a bra is always extra support ur boobs need.
