I would not recommend it, nor would I recommend anything that claims to be a "miracle diet." Contrary to what you hear in paid advertisements, there is no quick or miraculous way to lose weight, and such "miracle diets" often tend to be harmful. Taking laxatives at the same time is even more detrimental to your health.
