Should you kiss your boyfriend in fifth grade?

Technically no. What people don't realise is that in 5th grade you will start growing older and become more attracted to boys. It is ok to have your first kiss in fifth grade but you must be aware that it is a huge step forward and to think it over before you do it. Trust me, i know, i am a 5th grader. Since im a 5th grader i will say that it is not to young. I have been going out with this this guy since 4th grade and ive kissed him. Dont worry when the time comes you will know to kiss him.

The best answer is this: You will be happier in the long run to make friends with all the boys in your class (except bullies or mean ones, if any), and it will also make you popular with all the boys. I taught fourth graders for 30 years - they were actually my favorite grade to teach. But the exclusive "boyfriend/girlfriend" at fourth grade age doesn't work - the longest lasting one I ever saw was three weeks, and ended with a lot of very hurt feelings. Fourth graders are on average just ten years old. Be a kid for a while yet!

It depends if your a boy or a girl. If your a girl and the shy type you may want to wait until one of his friends come around unless you hear from one of his friends he likes you and maybe you could. If your a girl and not the shytype you could take the chance of asking him if he doesnt like you. If your a boy and the shy type eitherhope the girl isn't shy or ask a friend to find out if she likes you or ask a friend to ask her out for you. If your a boy and not the shytype just go and ask her out. You can tell if he or she likes you if they talk to you a lot or they just stare at you and get along with you.
