I have both of mine pierced, wasn't painful but sounded horrible and I had complications at all, it was easier to care for than my regular ear piercing. There is a risk of infection as with any other piercing. Tragus piercings are pretty safe. The only ting that I was afraid of was it being pierced too shallow. They can get aggravated when you use headphones or use the phone on that ear.
If you want it sure. The only problems that I have with mine is that I couldn't wear headphones in that ear for a good 2 and a half weeks bc it would make it really sore. Get it on whicever ear you don't sleep on to make healing go easier.
Anywhere from $25 to $35, anymore than that, you're overpaying.
I've never heard of anyone using a curved needle for any kind of piercing. But, a straight needle would be much easier for a tragus. A lot of force has to be used to pierce the tragus and that would be difficult with a curved needle. Also, I could imagine that the curved needle would hit the cartilage/ear behind your tragus after it was pierced. Just get it done with a straight one.
NO such thing as a reverse tragus. Do you mean an anti-tragus? Either way, a double tragus would probably seem to hurt more just because you would have to get two of them! They're both cartilage piercing and pretty much the same thickness. So its really hard to say for sure
16 is the standard size. It may also be possible to do 14, but most peoples Tragus' would not accomadate this size.
No one could answer that question unless (a) he/she was a professional piercer and (b) he/she could see what your tragus looks like. How soon you can re-pierce it depends on how quickly it has healed, and if it has healed normally (how much scarring, etc.) So I would try to find a good piercing studio and stop by to ask for an opinion. Some might be willing to do it sooner than they should though, so ask more than one place! And you can't just call them because their answer is useless unless they can SEE your piercing.
Whichever side would make you happiest. There is no right answer
yes, typically it would be nicer to see a guy have both ears pierced. it looks a bit off balance when one is pierced. and remember this if you plan on getting one ear pierced - the left one is for straight guys, and right one is for gay guys. (its a silent rule)
Whichever side you would like. There is no right answer.
What kind of person would ask this question, but ii would defintily get a new phone.
I would definitely say wait until after your mammogram to get pierced
I've had my Tragus pierced for around 3 years now but I'm not allowed it in for work - how long will it take to close up? I have breaks every 2 hours and was thinking of just putting the bar back in every break but would this irritate it? Thanks! Yes, replacing it that often will definitely irritate it. Are you allowed to wear a retainer? You can get a clear glass lip retainer and it'll hide it pretty well. There isn't a way to tell how long you can leave it out. It depends on your body.
If you just got your nose pierced, wait for 6 weeks, then change it if you would like to.
