If you committ an 'adult' crime, then 'yes': a crime is a crime regardless of the age of the perpetrator. It's not the physical age that is important but the mental age. If it's good enough for some adults to be regarded in law as children, then some children should also be regarded in law as adults and prosecuted accordingly.
