NO ! cell phones shouldn't be allowed during a class when your suppose to pay attention to what the teacher is teaching. people shouldn't just start texting there friends and start talking its annoying and distracting. if you allow people to use a cell phone inside they could cheat in many ways they could go on Google to find more information to help them with the test but it wouldn't be fair for the person that doesn't have a cell phone and the beeper and the ringing makes it really hard for a teacher to teach during the class . i suppose cell phones just be allowed outside the classroom but not INSIDE!.
