Although there are no laws against dating only regarding sex, the parents allowing someone who is 20 and who have romantic feelings towards their 12yo child will probably loose custody since that 20yo is a pedophile. And a 12yo can not date without parental permission. So no.

I think its ok because well it's not a huge age difference plus so many people would say oh 14 year old boys have sexual thoughts totally a incorrect accusation so go for it. Oh and I've never really liked a guy before so for me I'm sprung.
