You simply remove the oil pump, then put a new one exactly where the old one went!

Remove oil pan
Remove the oil pan. The oil pump will be visible. Remove the oil pump pickup to. Remove the oil pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new oil pump.
You have to remove the oil pan to get at the oil pump.
You must remove the oil pan to access the oil pump. It is simple to replace once you get to it.
You need to follow the same procedure as for timing belt replacement. But in the case of the oil pump you have to remove the oil pan too. There is a strainer attached to the oil pump from the bottom you will have remove it too. Then replace the oil pump, make sure that you have replace the oil pan gasket, and oil pump gasket.
Remove the oil pan. The oil pump will be visible. Remove the retaining bolts from the oil pump. Reverse the process to install the new oil pump.

remove timing cover remove oil pan and oil pick up pull timing belt and replace oil pump and gasket. reinstall
Drain the oil from the oil pan. Remove the oil pan. Remove the oil pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new oil pump.
