no it does not. You start iTunes software.. in settings for music, turn on "sync recently added".. put your CD in the drive (it will autostart and ask if you want to add it to your collection), and add it to your media collection (wait while the program turns it into MP3 format). on the Library (left panel) click on recently added and you will see your CD. Right click on it to down load the cover (free from itunes) if you want. sync the iPod.. listen.
sounds harder than it is.
Jordan Teel's singles may be on iTunes now.

The iTunes software will link to the iPod but you do not need to purchase music from the iTunes store as you can add music from any source; such as your own CDs or music files already on your computer. Other retailers, such as Amazon, provide downloading software which allows any music you purchase from them to be automatically added to your iTunes music library.
You do not have to buy songs from the iTunes store. You can use songs from any source and use the iTunes software to manage the music on your iPod. Some retailers, such as Amazon, provide their own download software which will automatically add songs from Amazon to the iTunes library. Songs can also be imported from CDs that you own.
It costs nothing to rip CDs and import them into iTunes. Furthermore, files ripped from CDs will not be in the "protected aac" format like songs purchased from the store. This allows one to have more liberties and freedoms with the music because it is not encrypted.
You pay when you buy music from the iTunes store, just like any other store, apart from that the iTunes software is free and you can import music from other sources, such as CDs you own, without charge.
put the cds into the computer via CD drive, and use windows media player. select copy CD to computer. then, if you hsve itunes, upload to itunes, or if drag and drop, just drag and drop. the music files will automtically be put into a folder when copied.
The import settings for CDs can be set in the General section of the iTunes Preferences.
One would find CDs of Live Mocha by going to the online iTunes store. The iTunes store has CDs of Live Mocha, but they are electronic CDs and not physical copies.
You insert blank CDs in your computer and burn your songs onto them and then insert the CDs into the other computer and import them.

If your talking about how much money it costs to set up an acount on iTunes, it's free. Songs are about .99 or 1.29 $.......or if you have CDs then it's free and easy. :)
Yes, you can. You have to import your CDs into iTunes, and synchronize with your iPod Touch.
