23AC8D8F I welcome everyone from everywhere.
no you don't need credit to send messages on blackberry messenger
It has something to do with your mobile network coverage. Your BlackBerry went into roaming; this can happen at random. Toggle your mobile network on and off (go to manage connections; symbol that looks like the champagne glass)then preform a hard reset (pull out the baterry; no need to turn the BlackBerry off to do this). The symbol should disappear.
The activation code for the new Blackberry Curve is the same as your account number with your service provider.
You need to be 12 + to get a blackberry.
Call your cellphone carrier and speak to their Blackberry technical support personnel. You'll need to provide your unit's PIN number.
Random numbers that are generated by a computer are pseudo-random (not really random), but they will pass enough statistical tests for randomness to be useful in simulation random processes. Java has random number generators in the standard libraries. See the related link if you need more information.

Yes, you do need to have a Blackberry in order to use the Blackberry Messenger application but apparently RIM (Research in Motion, the proprietors of Blackberry) might release Blackberry Messenger for iPhone and Android devices as well.
