∙ 11y agoMost likely if the device is otherwise working properly, your screen is locked in portrait mode. To change this, double tap the home button, and slide your finger from left to right across the multitasking bar. This will bring up a new screen with a cycle logo with a lock in the middle. Tap that icon once to unlock Portrait Orientation.
