My girlfriend is 6 days late hasn't had any signs of her period she took a test and it came back negative is she pregnant?

It is highly unlikely that she is pregnant if she got a negative test result. Menstruation times can fluctuate easily depending on diet, weight, stress, or just dumb luck. If she hasn't had her period within the next 2 weeks she should take another test. If the test is positive, it may mean she had low pregnancy hormone levels that the test couldn't initially pick up on. If the test is negative she should go have a basic check-up just to see what is up with her cycle. Missing periods could be attributed to other health issues besides pregnancy.
