My chrome os laptop says that there is no network to connect to and that the wifi is disabled which it is not but my other laptop and phone are connected to my wifi How doni fix this?

The fact that your other laptop can connect to wifi is irrelevant to whether or not you have disabled wifi on the laptop that is reporting that wifi is disabled. Go into your settings and make sure you haven't inadvertently turned it off.

That happens because the network that you are connected to is redirecting you to that page. Try a different network or if its your home network check the router and/or modem settings.
