You need a gunsmith for a correct diagnosis
Just release the pump and pull back then forward and put the safety on.
You need to be more specific with the problem with the safety, and what kind of safety it is.
The 3340 had two spindles each with a capacity of 30 MB, and the term "30/30 Winchester" was used to identify it during development and it stuck.
Choking, Allergies, and getting food stuck in places. (I think)
She was a model, but quit sometime ago. I don't why, but I wish she would of stuck with it; she has some really good pictures,
Use a fan with a safety grill that prevents things from being stuck into the blades (fingers, paper, the cat, etc.) Use a low profile model, as opposed to a stand, to prevent accidents from the fan being knocked over. Have a talk with the child about the fan and about safety. If you have concerns about the child being in the room with the fan, don't leave the child unattended.
Winchester serial numbers are not unique to a specific model.A '94 can have the same serial as a '97 or a '12.The model of the gun will be stamped into the barrel along with the caliber it's chambered for.If there's no information stamped into the barrel, either the barrel has been changed,or it's not a Winchester. If you're stuck contact me on the message board and I'll try and help you figure out what you have.
neutral safety switch/ or reverse switch faulty thanks. how would i go about replacing the safety switch? is it difficult?
The 1911SL (self-loading) was an interesting project in how to fail. Winchester up to about 1902 had been enjoying a rather profitable arrangement with John Browning to produce guns of his design. When Browning approached Winchester with the prototype of his repeating shotgun (now known as the Auto-5), Winchester.... passed. Browning packed the prototype over to Belgium and FN jumped on the opportunity. Winchester was left sucking wind, and since Winchester's own lawyers had helped write the patents they were stuck having to design around Browning. Winchester had a firearm design guru of their own, TC Johnson (think Model 12, Model 63, etc) and he grunted out the Model 1911SL along the same lines as the Model 1907 rifle. The 1911 was absolutely plagued with problems from the start. There is a system of buffers used to slow bolt travel and over time with oil and solvents these buffers break down and the subsequent vicious recoil will split the laminated birch stocks. Model 1911SL guns are typically found in very well-used condition, often with split stocks. In that condition, they rarely bring $200. However, in excellent condition (rare) they are collectable and can bring several hundred dollars more. Special deluxe and engraved models do exist - over a thousand bucks in excellent condition. sales@countrygunsmith.net
