Go To The Masterlock Website And They Will Send You A New Key In The Mail. Take A Photo Of The Lock Unattached, Or Send The Entire Lock To Them. For Security Measures They Will Not Send Out A Reset Key If It Is Attached To Something.

You can also use a bent piece of heavy wire (like a piece of wire coat hanger) bent like the letter "P". A nail might also work. You must have the lock open and have the dials set to the existing combination. Insert the straight end into the reset key hole. Press in and hold while resetting the combination to the desired code. Remove the pin and you're done.
