updated answer:
MAB = Manufacture d'Armes de Bayonne, later Manufacture d'Armes Automatiques de Bayonne, in Bayonne, France
brevette = patented
The MAB model F was a 10-round .22LR semi-automatic target pistol made from April 1950 until about 1960. It came in several different barrel lengths (3, 4, 6 and 7, and some other lengths, with the longer barrels more common), and the different length barrels could be changed (according to the manual). They came with one plastic right grip and two left grips - a "flat" grip and a thumbrest target grip. Other than the earliest version, the pistol had a lever at the rear of the slide allowing it to be fired as a semi-automatic (normal setting) or as a single shot pistol with the slide locked.
In the US, most MAB F pistols were imported and sold through WAC (Western Arms, later Winfield Arms) in Los Angeles, and the pistol may be marked with "made in France for WAC" and the grips marked with "WAC" or "Winfield."
Prices vary considerably with condition, but as of late 2011/early 2012, average condition MAB F are selling (retail) for about $250 and excellent condition pistols for up to about $500.
The MAB model F is sometimes confused with the MAB model R-22 (sold by WAC under the name "Le Chasseur"), another .22 semi-automatic target pistol that came in various length barrels, which began production in 1954 in both .22 short and .22LR versions. However, the models F and R-22 are two unrelated designs.

Wolff gun springs, Brownells, and gunpartscorp would be places to start. You will need to verify make and model of pistol- Brevette is often found on European arms, and is not always the make.
A new Wards Western field 22 pistol grip can be purchased through a gun broker. The grip can also be purchased at a local gun show.
