It's a Kodiak Firearms Model 260 .22 Mag WMR. They were manufactured from 1963-66, and supposedly were also manufactured under the name of "Jefferson." It's a pretty rare rifle - I actually own one myself. Mine is fitted with a scope, but I highly doubt it came with the rifle. I personally haven't been able to find out much information about this rifle other than what I already know.
Kodak was the camera. Kodiak was the rifle.Previous manufacturer located in North Haven, CT circa 1963-66.Kodiak Co. was in business for only a short time. They produced the first .22 Mag. semi-auto rifle (Model 260), as well as a centerfire bolt action (Model 158 Deluxe), and a slide action shotgun (Model 458). While Kodiak long guns are rare and extremely well made, collectability to date has been minimal with most specimens selling at a slight premium over similar quality trade name counterparts of that era. Prior to 1963, Kodiak firearms were marketed under the trade name of Jefferson.

Not sure how long ago this question was posted, but the Hawthorne Sentry rifles were actually made by Colt Firearms Co for Sears and is the same as the Colt "Colteer" 1-22. Cold marketed both a single shot rifle and semi auto rifle that were named Colteer. There is some discussion as to whether COLT firearms actually manufactured these rifles themselves or had the manufacture vended out to a company named Kodiak. In any event, it is a clone of the Colt Colteer. A good rifle for it's intended market, a basic single shot "Boy's" rifle, and made in the late 1950's.
