Ive had my caritage pierced and its gone all swallon and im not sure if its infected how do i know if its infected and how do i treat it?
Swelling, redness, whitish/yellow discharge and itchiness is normal. If there is greenish/yellow disharge around the piercing it may be infected. Don't take out the jewelry because then then piercing will close and trap the infection. Go to your doctor and he may prescribe medications or ointments.
