Ok I don't know about you but that answer doesn't make any sense to me. I've been looking for cheats for this game to but the only thing I've found is an Action Replay code:

I tested it by downloading a DS emulator and the Cookie Shop Rom and entering the code into the cheats menu and it worked

The link is for Chokoken no Sweets Department, which is called Cookie Shop for the English release. I didn't find the Always Morning code on the list, but there are codes there for All Recipies, All Items, All Furniture, All Clothes, Max Money and the first one is a Master Code. If you have Firefox you can use PeraPerakun to translate, or just copy and paste the text into POPjisyo.com. I don't know if they work for Cookie Shop particularly, but it's something to try out. People who have played both versions say they're exactly the same, just with a random girl on cover.
