Yes, although it doesn't fire the .50 BMG cartridge you might be thinking of... the Smith & Wesson 500X series revolvers can fire the .500 S&W Special or the .500 S&W Magnum cartridges; a number of Webley RIC revolvers were chambered for the .500 Tranter cartridge; the .500 Linebaugh cartridge is fired by converted .45 Long Colt revolvers; the .500 Wyoming Express is used by the Freedom Arms Model 83 revolver; the .500 Maximum is a variant of the .500 Linebaugh and is used exclusively in revolvers; the Freedom Arms Model 555 is a revolver chambered in .50 Action Express (same cartridge used in the Desert Eagle 50AE)
