It wasn't an AK-47. It was/is a Norinco MAK90. The answer is no. What he actually did was break the law. Not for having an "AK-47," but for having a long barrel gun openly carried. Yes, members can carry concealed (which applies to pistols), but does not apply to long barreled guns. Call your Republican lawmakers and demand charges be brought up. HE is not above the law.
