I had bright red spotting aroun 11 weeks that became heavier and when I went to the doctors I was told I was miscarrying. Well im 7 weeks pregnant and at 5 weeks i started spotting that's how i found out i was pregnant! If its not enough blood to use a pad then i believe you should be ok. Hope that helps
