No. It's not. Well, atleast not really love. It's actually more considered as "teen love" but even then it's not. People that are thirteen just act like they're "in love". Guys ask girls out for the popularity, and once they're annoyed enough they split. I would definitely say that love at thirteen is most of the time an act. Take it from someone who is surrounded by people who go out with each other for the sake of the popularity. I hate those kind of people. I don't get why they're in such a rush to grow up. We have plenty of time to go out with someone.
