No. It's not that the round is too powerful for the steel.
The chamber isn't bored out deep enough and the bolt and loading mechanism aren't made for the cartridge length.
It probably won't even chamber the round.
If you do manage to get a round into the chamber, there's a good chance that the bullet will get distorted and it's going to get stuck in the barrel causing irreparable harm to the gun and quite possibly to you.
