This is good idea for friends
and family at night !!
1.Make sure that the friend or family member is OK with it first.
2.Then ask the person who is having the treatment first, if they would like short, medium or large strips of cellotape (for advice, large strips are the best!)
3.Then place the cellotape on the belly, firmly but quite tightly !
4.Leave the cellotape on for 30mins, then carefully remove the cellotape from the belly slowly !!
5.Don't do this more than 5 times !
WARNING :- Please keep the cellotape away from below 4 years of age and below !!
The youngest is the best to go first!!

Ive Just Done this 2day you get a big peice of cardboard and put 1 black bin bag on 1 end and 1 on the other then cellotape them together then get going its really fun and easy or the difficult way get a wooden pallet and put masking tape to all the rungs on the bottom then put candle wax on the masking tape and get going i was just trying to find a way and stumbled along your question or another way is instead of bin bags use thick polythene sheets and cellotape that to it its faster :D
