Yes, it is possible to have a miscarriage before you know you're pregnant. It happens a lot more than, I think, people know about. I think a doctor can do an exam to tell if you've had a miscarriage or not, but it probably has to be soon after. Call a doctor right away if you want to know.
you could definatly have a misscarage before you know you are pregnant because some times you do have what you think are periods so you don't notice changes in your body. some people go full term with out knowing there are pregnant. but i don't think it is possible for a doctor to check if you have had a misscarge once the misscarage is complete.
Yes, the majority of miscarriages happen before the woman even knows she is pregnant.
Same way you did before. About 1/4 women have a miscarriage and there are usually no problems getting pregnant afterwards.
It is quite possible you had a miscarriage. Did you know you were pregnant? Have you had an ultrasound scan before or since?
Yes most miscarriages occur in the first trimester and many before the woman even knows she is pregnant.
If you really had a miscarriage, you can't still be pregnant, but you could be pregnant again before you get your next period.
Nothing. It's safe and you have the same chances as before for keeping it or having a miscarriage.

I had a misscarrige 3 years ago, afterwards me and my partner tried for nearly a year to get pregnant,i thought there must be a problem but when my daughter was only 3 months old i fell pregnant again and now have two beautiful daughters, i think maybe we must have been trying so hard the first time, it was all i could think about, and the second pregnancy wasint planned at all and i was shocked that i could get caught so quick, good luck, try to make love instead of make baby, I had a miscarriage, and was told by my doctor that 1 in 4 women miscarriage, and that after six to eight weeks (and after a checkup) that I could try to get pregnant again, and that I did not need to worry that the first miscarriage would have any effect on me being able to get pregnant, and that one miscarriage does not mean I will have another.
Of course it is possible. If you had a miscarriage, it shows that you are definitely capable of conceiving. After a miscarriage, you should ovulate between 2-6 later depending on how far along you were in your pregnancy (as your body needs to rid itself of the hormones). It is entirely possible that you ovulated and fell pregnant. Have you had a period?
Yes.

Yes. Also, it may not actually be your first pregnancy. Very often women become pregnant and then miscarry before they even know that they're pregnant.
