No,because you may think that that person is the one because their personality helps yours and yours helps theirs and then they break up with you or you break up with them because you get tired of each other and when they break up with you then you finaly find something wrong with them and wonder to yourself why you ever liked them.

yes they can. love doesnt know age. anyone at any age can fall in love its just that the younger someone is the less they care about relationships and stuff. like a kindergardener isn't focusing on love but that doesnt mean they cant feel it. its an emotion. just becuz your 12 does that mean you cant be happy or sad? no. its a known fact that if you like someone for more then 4 months youre in love. im 12 and i have liked the same guy for almost a year and i know its love. :)
