People can change, but it doesn't happen very often ... and mostly its internal (i.e. there's nothing you can do to make it happen).
People can change whenever they choose to. If they don't like the way they are acting, they will eventually do something to change it. Personally I have changed a lot and it can be one of the hardest things to do. Whenever a person changes they must apply to themselves that they arent changing for someone else. Make sure if you are trying to change your attitude its in a way that benefits you. It is very possible to change from a bad attitude to a good attitude. =]
