No it is NOT OK. The 17 year old is a minor the 23 year old is an adult. The parents can press rape charges against the 23 year old if they so choose. Considering the fact they all ready disapprove is it worth having jail time and a rape charge?

Giving intimate details about a parent's relationship is not the same as supplying a curious child with general information of the 'bird's and bees' variety. In some cases, it could be a form of child abuse and paedophilia.
