Same person that asked the question. Is it of for ur guy friend to hug you??

So in class we pick(joke) on eachother(withmy girlfriends)and today when we were bout to go to lunch he hugged me. He just came up and hugged me. Bow hes done stuff like this before. Like play with my hair, touch me...Stuff like that. And this confuses me. U see i dont want a bf till im 16 (btw im 13).idont evenno if ilike him or not.HELP
