Depends on what type of cuddling it is. If it is romantic cuddling it is NOT Ok. but if it is just friendly the it is ok. romantic cuddling for 12 year olds usually looks really immature in the eyes of a lot of people quite to the contrary.

you dont really cuddle you just hug or put your arm around her and if she gets to nervous and leans forward just put your arm back in your lap. beacuse if you keep your arm there shell will propbly gets up and leave...never ruc\sh a relationship with a girl:p
