i will say yes,as i have been charged with it ,i had 26 charges of sending threatening text messages and was placed on a 12month good behaviour bond ,$500 fine and not allowed to hold a mobile phone in my name for a period of 5 years plus on top of that the other person was also entitled to $30 victims compensation for each text message that i sent,so be very careful as to what you send...... (WHAT ???) On What Planet Did That Happen ??? Unless You Plead Guilty.. They Are Mobile Devises & Anyone At Any Time When Its Laid Down , Stolen Or Lost Can Access It.
