Yes. You need to remember that the ball is still foreign matter to your body and will cause serious health risks if left inside your tongue. Go see your Doctor or hospital Emergency room to have it removed as soon as possible. Failure to do so can result in a septic cyst forming inside the piercing around the ball, this can lead to an onset of the MRSA virus ( antibiotic resistant Staph infection) which in most cases requires hospitalization to resolve, if untreated it can be fatal.
