It is very hard to know what you mean by 'can't digest food'. I would go and see a doctor and describe your symptoms and when they occur.
If you mean that when you eat certain foods you get a sore stomach you may have an allergy or food intolerance.
If your body didn't digest food you would not be alive and if you are overweight then your body is most certainly digesting food because it's storing the excess calories it has digested as fat.
