Of course it's bad!

You could do serious damage to yourself piercing your own body.

You could pierce it crooked.

It could get infected.

You could pierce the wrong spot and hit a nerve or something.

It's best to let a professional do it.

They're more skilled at it than you are.

not entirely true i pierced my own nose at 13 no cleaner or good ring. and mine turned out great.

I did mine myself too, it was easy, and didn't hurt too much. Just as long as you do it the right way, it's fine. But it doesn't heal up unless you use a gold nose stud.but you should have a go
