its okaii, its not a serious issue because s/he is tall, but in time could develop into a big weight problem, work out your BMI and aim to get it between 19 and 24 ( healthy weight). loose it when your young and keep it off because its easier ! do a liitle bit of exercise everyday and you soon will be there. good luck and remember to only loose a little bit because you are tall ;)
