Yes girls can pee standing up if the follow these steps

1. stand in front of the toilet

2. Spread your legs apart shoulder length

3. make a v shape with the first and second finger and pull the labis (lips)

4. push your pelvis forward

5. lean back but not to much or it will go everywhere

or a girl can sit on a urinal but its quite hard

Once in my secondary school, the girls toilets were locked to my friend decided she would go in the the boys and wee in the urinal. She said it was quite easy and care free. As long as you are okay to flash your vagina out in the open I think you would be fine in the embarrassment department. BUT, you must get your aim right so you can squirt in the correct direction.

Boys' urinals are not made for girls. First of all, the urinals are placed at a certain height on the wall--- this would make it very difficult for girls. Second, girls are used to having a toilet seat to sit on -- urinals do not have 'seats'. Porcelain is very, very cold. Third, most girls would be unable to stand up to urinate without causing a mess-- it just is not worth it to smell like urine for the rest of the day!
