If he's interested in you he will most definitely look at you a lot, or maybe try to sneak a peek at you when he thinks you're not looking. He will probably like to be around you a lot and if you're in a crowd he might look around until he finds you. If you say his name does his head snap around quickly, does he slowly turn his head, or does he not even look at you at all? Try smiling at him or do a little harmless flirting and see what happens. If you step a little closer into his personal space and he moves away than he probably isn't interested in you, but if he doesn't move or better yet steps a little closer, than that is a very good sign and you should just pull that puppy in!
