My wife and I are on day 7 (2 gorge and 5 @500). We've been eating the frozen breasts from Walmart and have lost 25 pounds combined, so it's working for us. Keep in mind, I'm 120 overweight and she's 80 over, so our results are based on our hugeness. I did just go to a local "Whole Foods" type market today though and bought fresh all natural breasts. I am concerned about the solution they inject in the frozen breasts. I've read some who suggest these chemicals can stall your loss, and aren't that good for you either. But, we have been losing so far on the Walmart ones.

Best of Luck!
