It depends. It is a fine chain, but that doesn't mean the one that you are considering has great management.

You could stay at a Embassy Sweets in California and love it, and then you could go to an Embassy Sweets in Michigan and it could be a completely different experience. You will most likely just have to take a leap of faith and hope that it will turn out to be a good experience. The ones that I have stayed at have been just fine.
